History of MiOK
MiOK was originally designed in 2019 as a way to help the mental health of bushfire victims, and then frontline health workers during the recent pandemic. Seeing the success it achieved, we soon realised that we could ‘help the helpers’ by offering MiOK to the not-for-profit sector.
